Our service

T4Trip Travel is a Thai travel agency. You can check flight schedules, request a quote from our team, and book selected group tours online. Public search does not show live ticket prices, and the site is not a direct airline booking engine.

By using the site or related LINE Login flows, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and LINE Login

Some features (such as submitting a quote) require signing in with LINE and completing a soft profile (name, email, phone). You are responsible for activity under your LINE account and for keeping your contact details accurate.

Quotes are not tickets

A quote request asks our team to price options for you. A quote is not a confirmed reservation or issued ticket. Prices, availability, and conditions can change until we confirm and issue after payment approval and staff processing.

Accurate traveler information

You must provide true passenger details (legal names and ID/passport information) and any add-ons that affect pricing. Errors can delay tickets, cause airline fees, or prevent travel. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

Payment and ticketing

When a quote is ready, we may ask you to pay via PromptPay and upload a payment slip for staff review. Ticketing and issuance happen only after payment is approved and our team completes the booking steps. Issuing tickets remains staff-controlled.

Tour deposits and balances follow the schedule shared for each tour. Airline and tour change/cancellation rules apply once booking or ticketing is confirmed.

Schedules and third parties

Flight times and availability shown on the site come from cached schedules and partner sources and may change. Airlines, airports, and tour operators set their own rules, fees, and operating conditions. T4Trip Travel helps coordinate your request but does not control those third parties.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping beyond normal browsing, no attempts to disrupt services, and no submitting false payment proofs or fraudulent traveler data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Thai law, T4Trip Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from schedule changes, airline or tour-operator decisions, force majeure, or information you provided incorrectly. Our responsibility for a specific booking is limited to the fees you paid to T4Trip Travel for that request, except where the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
